Comments: The Sound Energy crew were great. They weren't pushy in trying to sell me anything. They answered all of my questions, explained details, and were very fast in getting my furnace replaced. I felt like they cared about and took pride in their work, the company and and me as a customer, even so far as to call and check the night before to make sure I would have some source of heat since my furnace was out! I would certainly recommend Sound Energy to anyone and have already done so.

Comments: They were very prompt on returning our call and scheduling an inspection. We decided to have them install a new furnace. They were able to install that day. The installer, Tommy, was very knowledgeble, quick and thorough. We have already recommended Sound Energy Solutions to our parents for their furnace needs. They are a quality company.

Comments: Very knowledgeable, proactive, customer-centric and effective. My 23 years old furnace died 2 day ago, I searched and found his company next day, They called back and came in w/o asking for any fee, assessed the situation, answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed as well as a competitive quotation. Next day at 4:00AM in the morning were answering back to my proposed installation schedule the new furnace was already running by the time I came back home from work. 5 stars service!

Comments: It might look suspicious to rate all 3 categories with 5 stars but that's what we received. On time, as promised and nice / easy people to deal with. Even helped with some extras that were greatly appreciated. I don't hesitate to not only recommend them but we are keeping their biz card for future work. Very smart and helpful.

Comments: Very professional and friendly. We ran into an issue and Matthew was very considerate in helping us figure out a new course of action. We are very pleased with the work done and the cost. We would hire Sound Energy Solutions again.
